When we determine that a key request has been authorised by security screening and validation we will deliver the requested key(s) within the time determined by which time zone the delivery point is located. From the centre of Perth we operate within 3 delivery time zones reaching as far as Dundee, Fife and Stirling. All our registered keys are password protected and banked in high security, fire retardant, steel safes. These safes are under continual surveillance by an independent, custom built CCTV system and are fully alarmed with direct Police call out.

Our client database is off line and can only be accessed by the on-duty administrator who will only release the key(s) after a stringent security procedure. We then arrange and comply with the key recipients wishes to where and how they would like the hand-over to be conducted.

All our staff have been screened and have passed a background check by an independent, due diligence and vetting service.

• Your keys(s) are secured and organised by a unique customer number which is password protected on a secure, non internet-based site.
• No one can access your key(s) or your personal details or obtain any information relating to your property or gain any knowledge of what the secured keys are for
• Your keys(s) are banked in custom-designed premises in our insurance standard, fire retardant key safes.
• The premises are alarmed and CCTV  protected with direct Police call out.
